We will flex our muscles.
We can relax when we do stretch.

I try to make the food for the meals we eat everyday.
This time, I tried to make sausages.
It took me a shorter amount of time to make them,since this is the third time.
One of the hardest things to do is cooking the sausage while cooling it.
The first time I made them,they tasted good, but the texture was not good because I didn't cool them while making them.
This time, I tried to make them crispy.
I made the sausage and then dried them before I boiled them.
The ingredients are simple.
Chopped pork meat, chopped onions, garlic,salt,sugar,and some herbs and spices.
That's all.
It's good for lunch boxes and stir fry meals with tomatoes and eggs.
They are also good for curry. The sausage gives the curry a good taste without curry roux.(Curry roux has a lot of oil.)
Sage is long and has thin leaves.
It is used in cooking because it's good for our stomach's health and bactericidal activity.
I added the herb"sage" which is in my garden.
I'll make basil sausage this summer because I planted basil seeds into my garden.
Who knows what I'll make next time. Maybe bacon or ham.
Oh! I just remembered! I should make Kouji for Miso towards the end of the summer.
I feel good that there are many preservable foods.
