Before I knew it, the eggplants flowers became big and vigorous.
There was no vermiculation on the plants,so I didn't use agrichemicals.
I put them into the oven for cooking and eating at once.
I let them cool down and finish. It's called Yaki nasu( grilled eggplants)
The eggplants became smaller when I cooked them. This dish served 2 people.
I looked for the origin of the name eggplant and it said that the name came from white eggplants. I thought that was unexpected.
Do you think it seems like an egg? The taste?
